This Privacy Policy explains how CitiDental of Woodhaven ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information. This applies to information you submit through mycitidental.com (the "Site"). We are located at 105-46 Cross Bay Blvd, Ozone Park, NY 11417. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described below.
Information We Collect
We collect information you choose to give us. This happens when you fill out a contact form, request a consultation, or complete our appointment quiz. It may include your name, email address, phone number, and details about the dental services you're interested in. We do not ask for or store health or insurance information through these forms. The only exception is what you choose to type into a free-text field.
Like most websites, we also automatically collect some technical information through cookies and similar tools. This includes your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring URL. We collect this through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, described below.

- To respond to your inquiry and schedule appointments.

Data Retention
We keep contact-form and appointment-request submissions as long as reasonably needed. This lets us respond to your inquiry and keep our patient records. After that, they may be deleted.

Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through our online forms. We collect information about pediatric patients directly from a parent or guardian. This might happen at an in-office visit, not through the Site.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information submitted through the Site. However, no method of sending data over the internet is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
